Upon signing a Master Services Agreement (MSA), we are granted access to your most sensitive information. The handling of this data is strictly governed by the MSA, but includes:

Payroll records, tax liability reports, and vendor payment details (Accounts Payable).
Employee data necessary for payroll processing (including SSNs/TINs, if provided by Client).

Billing and Administration: To process Catch-Up and Monthly Retainer fees as outlined in the MSA.

To the Client’s CPA/Tax Professional: We share EGC-certified, clean financial statements and underlying data with the Client’s designated external tax or audit professional as necessary for tax preparation (excluded service) or annual audit purposes (excluded service).
Third-Party Service Providers: We share necessary data with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our business and delivering core services, such as:
CRM/Automation Platform (GoHighLevel/GHL): Used for lead tracking, email/SMS automation, and communication.
Payroll Providers (e.g., Roll by ADP): To process payroll and file associated tax liabilities on the Client’s behalf.
Accounting Software (QuickBooks/Xero): Where the primary financial data is processed and stored.
Legal Requirements: When required to do so by law or in response to a subpoena or court order.
Enforcement: To enforce our Terms of Service and Master Services Agreement.
5. DATA SECURITY AND EGC STANDARDS
5.1. Protection Measures
